Amy Endicott is an independent arbitrator and author based in California’s dynamic Bay Area.  She has over 15 years of experience resolving complex cross-border disputes in aerospace, electronics, and energy infrastructure.  Formerly an equity partner at Arnold & Porter LLP, Ms. Endicott has served as counsel in numerous arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, ICDR, and ICSID rules. She is a graduate of the ICC’s Advanced Arbitration Academy and a member of CIArb Guidelines Committee on Artificial Intelligence.
